Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of SlipKiln (the "Service"), operated by DJ Solutions LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the API you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your API keys and all activity under your account.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to: render unlawful, infringing, fraudulent or deceptive documents (including counterfeit invoices or certificates); attempt to access internal networks or other systems through rendered content; probe, overload or disrupt the Service; or resell raw access without our written permission. We may suspend accounts that violate this section.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the data, templates and documents you submit or generate. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the Service.

4. Plans, billing and overage

Paid plans renew monthly and are billed in advance through Stripe; overage is billed in arrears. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but provide no uptime guarantee or service-level agreement unless agreed in writing.

6. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. You are responsible for the accuracy and legal compliance of documents you generate, including tax and invoicing requirements.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Termination

You may cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms or non-payment.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, with venue in Colorado courts.

10. Changes and contact
