DJ Solutions LLC ("we") operates SlipKiln. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Account data: email address, company name, API keys, branding assets you upload.
• Billing data: handled by Stripe; we receive plan, invoice and limited card details (brand, last 4), never full card numbers.
• Usage data: request counts, timestamps, sizes and error logs needed for billing and reliability.
• Document content: data you send to render. By default it is processed in memory and generated PDFs are deleted within 24 hours after delivery.

What we don't do

We do not sell personal data, use advertising trackers, or use your document content to train models. This website sets no tracking cookies.

Processors

We use a small set of service providers: Stripe (payments), our hosting provider (servers in the EU/US), and a transactional email provider. They process data only on our instructions.

Retention

Account and billing records are kept while your account is active and as required for tax and accounting law. Logs are kept for up to 30 days.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@slipkiln.com. Depending on where you live (e.g. EU/UK GDPR, California, Colorado Privacy Act) you may have additional rights.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS). API keys are stored hashed. Rendering runs in isolated, network-restricted workers.

We will post updates here and notify account holders of material changes.
